I’ve been listening to My Discovery Mix on Amazon for a couple years now, often discovering something new I like every Monday when the new list would come out. But now I’m starting to believe there’s no algorithm and they’re not even trying. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn today’s list, which would be a standard playlist on any corporate-owned classic rock station or even adult contemporary, is the same on everyone else’s mix.
